For years, I found myself caught in the cycle of processed foods, struggling with weight gain and feeling sluggish. But everything changed when I decided to overhaul my eating habits with one simple rule: if it's in a bag, a box, or a can, I don't eat it.


Why I Made the Switch


The turning point came when I realized how much my diet of processed foods was affecting my health. I was dealing with thyroid issues, emotional eating, and the stress of a busy career. My husband's cancer diagnosis in 2023 was a wake-up call. I needed to be at my best, both physically and mentally, to support him and our children.

  5. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps curb cravings and keeps your body functioning optimally.
