A Great Tasting Tummy-Pleasing Chili - Single Serving

Two-Step Meal!
Ingredients:
Pre-made, fully cooked chicken or turkey meatballs (healthier alternative)
1 tablespoon Chili Seasoning
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons low-fat pork and beans (without fat square), or any cooked beans
In a Ziplock bag, crunch 2-3 meatballs
Combine all ingredients and place them in microwave-safe bowl
Microwave until beans are warm
Garnish with avocado or low fat-feta cheese, green onion, or cilantro (which is a good antioxidant), or jalapenos for that kick!
